Processing Time

Each Maison Memnoon piece is prepared with care.
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

During collection launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If so, this will be clearly communicated.

UK customs notice: Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to import VAT (20%) and customs duties for orders over £135. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping rate.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Maison Memnoon garments are produced by Modimeks Tekstil İmalat İhracat Sanayi Limited Şirketi in our family-operated atelier in Istanbul, Türkiye.

B2C sales, fulfillment, and customer operations are managed through Nesrin Yenigün Im- und Export, Bad Vilbel, Germany.
