At Maison Memnoon, we hope every piece arrives exactly as it should. If something is not right, we are here to help.

1. Commercial Return Policy

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

unworn and unused
unwashed
in resaleable condition
with original tags attached where applicable
accompanied by proof of purchase

Reasonable inspection of an item as you would in a boutique is permitted.

Items returned without prior contact may be refused where reasonable administrative handling is not possible.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for direct return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as returned parcels remain the sender’s responsibility until received by us.

3. Exchanges

If you would like a different size or item, please contact us first.

Once the original item has been received and approved, we may offer:

exchange for another size
exchange for another product
refund and new purchase

If the replacement item has a higher or lower price, the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Where we agree to an exchange, outbound shipping of the replacement item may be provided free of charge at our discretion.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at:

Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue so we can resolve the matter quickly.

Your statutory rights in relation to defective goods remain unaffected.

5. Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks, payment providers, or card issuers may require additional processing time.

6. EU / EEA / UK Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction granting similar rights, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 dayswithout giving any reason.

The withdrawal period generally begins on the day you, or a person designated by you, receives the goods.

“I hereby withdraw from my purchase of the following goods…”

7. Effects of Withdrawal

If you validly withdraw from your purchase:

we will reimburse payments received for eligible returned goods in accordance with applicable law
standard outbound delivery charges may be reimbursed where legally required
reimbursement will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed

We may withhold reimbursement until goods have been received back or sufficient proof of return has been provided, where permitted by law.

You must send goods back without undue delay after withdrawal notice.

Unless otherwise required by law, direct return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
